道德——法治的源头与归宿
Moral—the Source and the End-Result of the Rule of Law
【摘要】 道德与法律都是社会的产物,道德与法律都是调整社会关系的重要规范,其调整的范围是此消彼长的,道德是法治的基础,法治对道德有引导、保护和激励作用,并为人类最终走向德治创造条件
【Abstract】 Moralandlawaresocialproductswhicharevitalspecificationsinadjustingsocialrelationships,andwhichwilllimitandexerteffectoneachother.Moralisthebaseoftheruleoflawononehand;theruleoflaw,ontheotherhand,leadsto,protects,advocates,andfinallystrengthenstheruleofmoral.
