发酵法生产天然β-胡萝卜素
Production of Natural β-Carotene via Fermentation
【摘要】 天然β-胡萝卜素的生产方法有植物提取法、盐藻法及微生物发酵法,理想的产业化生产方法是三孢布拉霉菌发酵法。该专题即采用三孢布拉霉菌经60Co等诱变育种后用于天然β-胡萝卜素的中试研究。优化了培养基配方,改善了提纯工艺,使产品纯度接近100%(以C40H56计)。
【Abstract】 The methods of manufacturing natural β-carotene are plant extraction method, salt alga method and microbe fermentation, of which the blakesla trispora fermentation method is a perfect commercial method. In this pilot study ,blakesla trispora was used for obtaining natural β-carotene via breeding by 60Co inducing. Optimized culture medium formula and improved process of purification have enabled the purify of product to approach 100% (calculated on the base of C40H56).
