高固含量微乳液聚合的研究
Study of High Solid Content Microemulsion Polymerization
【摘要】 采用半连续微乳液聚合法,在复合型乳化剂体系中,进行高固含量微乳液的研究,结果表明,当SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)与DNS6(乙烯基烷基酚聚氧乙烯磺酸盐)的质量比等于2时,制备了固体质量分数为42%,总乳化剂质量分数为2%的高固含量聚丙烯酸酯微乳液。TEM图片显示,随固含量的增加,乳胶粒子的尺寸变大,分布变宽。
【Abstract】 High solid content polyacrylate microemulsions were prepared by semicontinuous microemulsion polymerization procedure in a compounded emulsifier system.The result of study indicated that when ratio of m〔SDS(sodium dodecyl sulphate)〕 to m〔DNS6(vinyl alkylphenol polyoxethylene sulfonate)〕 was 2,total mass percentage of emulsifiers was 2%,and the pH of medium was 7,a high solid content polyacrylate microemulsion with solid mass percentage of 42% was obtained.TEM showed that the particle sizes increased with increasing solid content,and the distribution became wider.
