【Abstract】 Based on thermodynamic analysis, the accurate thermodynamic equation to calculate heat balance of reactor was established. The mistakes and doubts in some authoritative books were analyzed in this paper.The accurate solution of the new equation was deduced for continuous stirred tank reactor which is a type of ideal reactor.The solution is expressed as: (△ H r) T 0 F A 0 X A+ F t C pt ( T-T 0 )= U(T m- T ) A .Application of the solution was made out. As a result, a credible method was provided for precise heat calculation of reactor.Although only the heat balance of continuous stirred tank reactor was discussed in this article, this method could be applied in other types of reactors.更多还原
