【摘要】 植根于热力学分析 ,提出严谨的反应器热量衡算方法 ,对国内外一些论著中的疑点、误点进行了辨析 ,得出了理想流动反应器之一的平推流反应器 (plugflowreactor)热衡算精确、通用的新型微分方程和过程方程 ,试图为精确进行反应器的热量衡算重新探讨理论依据。这些方程可用于管式反应器沿程各截面以及整个反应器的精确热计算。作者论述谨以平推流反应器为代表 ,但其方法不失通用性 ,可望在反应器热量衡算中广泛应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on thermodynamic analysis,a precise method for heat balance of chemical reactor was presented. The mistakes and doubts in some authoritative books were analyzed and new accurate and universal equations(both differential and process) were deduced for plug flow reactor which is a type of ideal reactor.Theoretical foundation of accurate heat balance for chemical reactor was tried to explore in this paper.Although only heat balance of plug flow reactor was discussed in this article, the method could be applied in other types of reactors.更多还原
