【摘要】 以衣康酸和甲醇为原料在酸催化剂存在下合成了衣康酸二甲酯。产品经FT -IR鉴定 ,谱图与标准谱一致 ,从而确定了其结构。气相色谱及化学分析表明 ,产品质量分数达到 98%。合成衣康酸二甲酯的比较适宜条件是 :n(衣康酸 )∶n(甲醇 ) =1∶10 ,w(硫酸 )∶w(衣康酸 ) =1∶10 0 ,反应温度 12 0℃ ,反应时间 10h ,反应压力 16 2kPa ,收率可达 87%更多还原

【Abstract】 Dimethyl itaconate was synthesized with itaconic acid and methanol in the precence of acid catalyst.Structure of the product was confirmed by FT-IR.It is shown by GC and chemical analysis that purity of the product is up to 98%.The suitable conditions for synthesis of dimethyl itaconate are itaconic acid/methanol(mol∶mol)=1∶10,catalyst/itaconic acid( w∶w )=1∶100,reaction temperature=120 ℃,reaction pressure=1 62×10 5 Pa and reaction time=10 h.Yield of the product can reach 87%.更多还原
