【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method for designing a speech synthesis system , in whichMicrosoft Speech SDK was used to realize the text-to-speech . The data of voice istransmitted through the serial port of the PC and stored in the Flash ROM of themicrocontroller system which converts the data to voice at the time required.更多还原
