【Abstract】 This paper presents a linear motor position servo system based on DSP.It fully utilizes the wealthy peripher-al and high-speed calculation function of DSP,and makes the designed hardware simple.It also uses state feedback control tactic.Experimental results show that the system has a compact structure and good dynam-ic-static characteristics.更多还原
