虚拟加工在网络联盟中的应用
The Application of Virtual Manufacturing in Network Union
【摘要】 针对网络联盟的特点和虚拟加工在网络联盟中应用的前景,采用一种改进的实体模型保存工件的物理 信息,实现物理信息在加工单元间的交换。即工件的实体数据中不仅包含工件的几何信息,而且包括虚 拟加工时所必需的物理性质信息及工件加工后的误差信息,在此基础上提出了“拟实体”的概念。该方 法实现了虚拟加工的高真感仿真,克服了以往的虚拟加工软件无工件物理信息和工件的成品信息的缺 陷,增强了软件的沉浸感。
【Abstract】 The paper contrapose the characteristic of network union and the future of application of virtual manufacturing in network union, brings a solution on the exchange of physical information between VM units. That is a kind of ameliorated data structure of solid model is applied to store the physical information of the workpiece, which include not only geometry information but also physical information and error information of workpiece. The concept of "virtual solid" is brought out, high quality of simulation of VM is attained and disadvantage of conventional software of virtual manufacturing is overcome.
