【Abstract】 Advantage in postponement is a special privilege of developing countries in the course of industrialization and modernization, an advantage that is granted by the fact that these countries are lagging behind. However, these countries have to meet certain requirements before they can turn this potential advantage to reality. The development of social productivity by leaps is a sure way for these countries to catch up. However, the advantage in postponement, the author maintains, is not just an equivalence of development by leaps. The former merely serve as a pre-requisite, though not the only one, for development. Therefore, it is important that suitable strategies be adapted to meet the demand of particular circumstances of various areas, different departments, individual occupations and so on. The author warns that actions that are rash or unfit to the reality must be avoided.更多还原
