基于波控技术的CO2焊新型电源的研究
A Study of New Power Source for CO2 Welding Based on the Technique of Wave Control
【摘要】 根据 CO2 焊短路过渡的特点 ,对其过程进行细分 ,利用 IGBT响应速度快且易于控制的特点 ,在焊接电源的直流侧 ,利用单片机直接控制 IGBT工作于开关状态 .利用定频调宽和闭环控制 ,实时准确地检测 CO2 焊短路时刻和熔滴颈缩时刻的电弧参数值 ,输出符合 CO2 焊短路过渡细分各阶段的电流电压波形
【Abstract】 In terms of the character of short circuit of CO 2 welding, the process is divided into subsections, and by using the characters of IGBT, swift responding and easy controlling, at the fan out of DC,IGBT is made to works in a on off status with controlling of a single chip. To transmit the wave shape of current and voltage which is suitable for each step of the CO 2 short circuit subsection ,the principle of PFM and closed loop control are used . At the time of short circuit and shrinking neck of melting drop, the arc values are obtained in real time.
