【Abstract】 In order to perfect "The Spilled Oil Emergency Program of Zhoushan Harbor" and improve reaction to spilled oil, we developed the spilled oil information management system for zhoushan China. It can forecast spilled oil’s trajectory,dispersion, effected zone,evaporation,emulsification, adsorption by sea shore, physical change and treatment scheme. The forecasted trajectory of spilled oil meets the experimenal data very well.更多还原
