锌-铅熔体对锌锅材料力学性能的影响
Effects of Zn-Pb Liquid on Mechanical Properties of Galvanizing Pot Material
【摘要】 实验研究 4 6 0℃下不同浓度的锌 -铅熔体对STW2 2型热镀锌锌锅用钢板抗拉强度的影响 ,结果表明 ,纯锌及含饱和铅的锌液对材料的抗拉强度影响不大 ;而当锌中含有不饱和铅时 ,熔体对锌锅材料产生较严重的晶间腐蚀 ,材料的抗拉强度明显下降 ;当材料表面预先存在一个锌 -铁合金层时 ,将有效地阻止这种晶间腐蚀的产生
【Abstract】 To research the effect of different Zn Pb liquid concentration on the tensile strength of steel plate for STW22 type hot galvanizing pot at 460?℃ by experiments.The result shows that pure zinc and zinc liquid including saturation lead have little effect on tensile strength of materials;the melt liquid will make galvanizing pot material produce intercrystalline corrosion seriously as zinc includes unsaturated lead,and the tensile strength of material reduces obviously;the intercrystalline corrosion will be hindered effeciently by Zn Fe coat on the surface of material in advance.
