架空索道钢丝绳断裂原因分析
Fracture Reason Analysis of Wire Rope for Over-ground Ropeway
【摘要】 某水泥厂运送矿石架空索道采用的 34.5NAT6× 7+FC15 2 0重要ZZ钢丝绳 ,负载运行 36 8天后 ,在其正绳部位发生整绳破断。检验分析表明 ,钢丝绳的断裂属性为疲劳断裂 ,疲劳断裂原因是由于钢丝绳在运行过程中受到严重摩擦和弯曲振动载荷 ,使其表面磨损和硬化 ,并在磨损面出现剥落坑和小裂纹 ,成为疲劳源 ,最终导致疲劳断裂
【Abstract】 Important Z?Z wire rope with 34.5NAT6×7+FC1520 was used for ropeway to transport ore in?a cement factory.After running 368 days with load,round wire rope fractured at the normal position of the wire rope.The inspection and analysis showed that the fracture of wire rope was fatigue fracture,which was due to the severe friction and bend fatigue existing in the rope running process with load,resulted in the wear and hardening of the wire surface and some spalling pits and cracks presented at the wear surface of the wire,where fatigue crack initiated and developed,finally fractured.
