【摘要】 分析 6× 36SW +IWR - 6 0电铲钢丝绳生产的技术难点 ,介绍这种钢丝绳的试生产过程 ,给出绳中钢丝和股、芯的规格及力学性能 ,并对制绳钢丝的生产工艺和材质进行介绍 ,使用结果表明 ,该钢丝绳可满足用户要求 ,且使用寿命是同类国产钢丝绳的 1.5倍更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the technology difficult points of production of 6×36SW+IWR-60 wire rope for power shovel.The process of this kind of wire rope is introduced.The specification and mechanical property of wire,strand and core are given.The production process and raw materials of wire for rope are also introduced.The application result shows that the wire rope can satisfy the requirement of consumers,and that the service life of the wire rope can be 1.5 times as that of the same sort wire rope made at home.更多还原
