【Abstract】 As for the special demand from the manufacturing design of different place on this paper, we analyse the limitation of the NetMeeting software used for the support tool of the design of different places, put forward the ICE(Integrated Collaborative Environment) system based on the NetMeeting COM components technology and discuss the critical technology that ICE uses the two methods of ICE Server and transmitting the controlling message to solve the two problems of finding the different space IP address and collaborative synchronization, and optimizes net meeting management.更多还原
