【摘要】 目的 通过对一个区的调查,分析精神卫生资源配置和投放的现状与特点,为政府决策提供参考依据。方法 利用社区精神卫生工作网络,用自行设计的调查表进行调查和统计分析。结果 精神卫生资源配置与投入具有多样化和间接投入大于直接投入、隐性投入大于显性投入等特点,效果显著,但也存在影响因素。结论 精神卫生资源配置与投入需加强政策保证,并应向经常性工作经费、基础设施建设、社区康复和贫困精神病人的医疗救助进一步倾斜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the current situation and characteristics of the allocation and input of the Mental Health Resources in a district and provide reference basis for government’s policy-making. Method: Investigations and statistic analysis were based on the. self-designed questionnaires using the district psychiatric health working network. Results: The allocation and input of the Mental Helath Resources have the features of variety. and the indirect input is more than direct input as well as implicit input is .more than explicit input. The effect is remarkable, while factors of impact also exist. Conclusion: The enhancement of the policy is necessary for the allocation and input of the Mental Health Resources, further favourable policy shall be focused on the regular working expense, infrastructure constructions, district healing facilities and medical rescue for poverty population.更多还原
