样条小波最小二乘法处理毛细管电泳信号
Spline Wavelet Least Square in Processing Capillary Electrophoresis Signal
【摘要】 运用样条小波最小二乘法(SWIS)处理峰形尖锐的毛细管电泳信号,获得满意结果。经过两次处理后,与样条小波变换处理结果相比,不仅噪声被滤除,峰形不变,峰高不受影响;数据点无须为2n(n∈z)。
【Abstract】 Spline wavelet least square (SWLS) was applied to processing the capillary electrophoresis signal with sharp peak and satisfactory result was achieved. Compared with the result by spline wavelet transform, the noise can be filtered and the peak shape and peak height remained unchanged. The number of data needn’ t to be 2n ( n∈ z) .
