红外指纹图谱与计算机辅助解析技术鉴别山药的道地性

【摘要】 凭借红外指纹图谱并结合计算机辅助比对软件技术,对9个省份的45个山药样品进行了道地性与非道地性的鉴别研究。结果表明:各产地山药的相关系数有一定的差异性,以0.9800为划分标准,相关系数在0.9800以上的为道地山药药材(河南产区),0.9800以下的为非道地山药药材。该方法快速、简便、可靠。

【Abstract】 Shanyao ( Dioscorea opposite Thunb. ) , a traditional Chinese medicine, was studied in this paper. 45 Shanyao samples from 9 provinces were identified via Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with computer aided compare software . It is shown that the correlation coefficient could be used as a standard to determine the cultural areas of Shanyao. If the value is higher than 0.9800, the Shanyao sample could be assigned as genuine Shanyao (cultivated in Henan province); whereas the values lower than 0.9800 were not genuine Shanyao. It is proved that FTIR is a fast, easy and reliable new method.
