【摘要】采用多元线性回归方法建立了2-杂环芳基苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮衍生物的定量结构-色谱保留相关方程。结果表明,化合物的反相高效液相色谱的容量因子与分子的疏水性质(ClogP)、电离势以及最低空轨道的能级有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative structure-retention relationships of 15 2 - heteroaryl - 4 - chromanones were analyzed with physico-chemical parameters by using multivariate linear regression method. The equations obtained indicated that the retention property of the title compounds was associated with hydrophobic parameter, ionic potential and the energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital.更多还原
