计算机在点阵常数确定中的应用
Computer Application in the Determination of Lattice Constants
【摘要】 利用PowderX软件对多晶复相ZrO2陶瓷粉的XRD数据进行平滑化、背底扣除、Ka2峰剥离、零点矫正和指数化处理。并在Bragg方程和晶面间距公式的基础上运用最小二乘法计算点阵常数,该过程由自编的VB程序完成。
【Abstract】 A software, PowderX, is used in the treatment procedures of powder XRD patterns of multiphase zirconia-based ceramics such as smoothing, background subtraction, Kα2 eliminations, zero shift corrections and pattern indices. And the Determination of Lattice Constants derived from either Bragg’s equation or d-spacings formula is carried out in terms of Least Square Method by self-written VB program.
