【Abstract】 A software, PowderX, is used in the treatment procedures of powder XRD patterns of multiphase zirconia-based ceramics such as smoothing, background subtraction, Kα2 eliminations, zero shift corrections and pattern indices. And the Determination of Lattice Constants derived from either Bragg’s equation or d-spacings formula is carried out in terms of Least Square Method by self-written VB program.更多还原
