高效催化剂合成PET的结晶行为研究

【摘要】 研究了以常规、复合和C -94三种催化剂合成的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)切片的等温和非等温结晶行为 ,结果表明 ,使用高效催化剂后 ,切片的结晶机理并未改变 ,但结晶行为略有变化。复合催化剂切片的结晶速率较慢 ,结晶能力较弱 ,可结晶温度较宽 ,结晶完善程度较差 ;而C -94切片的结晶速率较快 ,结晶能力较强 ,可结晶温度较窄 ,结晶完善程度较好。

【Abstract】 They were studied that the isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization behaviors of PET chips polymerized with three catalysts.The results showed that the application of high effective complex and C-94 catalysts does not change the result PET’s crystallization mechanism but their crystallization behaviors.PET chip with complex catalyst has a slower crystallization rate,weaker crystallization ability,and broader range of crystallization temperature than that with Sb 2O 3 under the same condition.PET chip with C-94 catalyst has a higher crystallization rate,stronger crystallization ability,and narrower range of crystallization temperature than that with Sb 2O 3.
