A3钢在模拟降雨环境下的腐蚀和冲刷行为研究
THE BEHAVIOR OF CORROSION AND RUNOFF OF A3 STEEL IN ARTIFICIAL RAINWATER
【摘要】 利用自制的实验室降雨模拟装置。研究了雨水pH值和降雨强度对A3钢的腐蚀和冲刷行为影响,同时用ACM(atmospheric corrosion monitor)监测了降雨期问的腐蚀速率变化.结果表明,A3钢的腐蚀速率随着模拟雨水pH值的升高而降低,其变化规律与失重结果一致,表明用ACM监测A3钢在降雨条件下的腐蚀速率在一定程度上是可行的.A3钢的冲刷量随着模拟雨水pH值的升高表现为先降后升的规律,从腐蚀产物的变化分析了其产生的原因.随着模拟降雨强度的增大,A3钢的腐蚀速率和冲刷量增大.等量模拟降雨条件下,冲刷量也随降雨强度的增大而增大,这表明降雨的冲击作用对A3钢的腐蚀和冲刷行为有显著影响.
【Abstract】 The effects of pH value of simulated rainwater and rain intensity on corrosion and runoff behavior of A3 steel were studied with a simulating raining system designed and made by ourselves, while the variation of corrosion rate was monitored by ACM. The results show that corrosion rate of A3 steel decreases with pH value of simulated rain increasing. The variation of corrosion rate with pH of simulated rain monitored by ACM is same as the result of that determined by weight loss method, which shows that ACM is practicable to monitor corrosion rate during raining in some way. The runoff quantity of A3 steel decreases and then increases with pH value of simulated rain increasing, which was explained from change of corrosion product. The corrosion rate and runoff quantity of A3 steel increase with intensity of simulated rain increasing. When the rain quantity was same, the runoff quantity increases with intensity increasing, which shows the strike of rain on the surface of A3 steel having an evident influence on its corrosion and runoff behavior.
