钢渗硼表面残余应力的数值分析
NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF RESIDUAL STRESS FOR BORIDED SURFACE ON STEEL
【摘要】 采用有限元法的平面轴对称分析模型.依据渗硼表面和界面特征、计算 45钢在 840—1050℃渗硼表面的热应力.45钢渗硼试样在外表面区边缘、FeB/Fe2B界面和 Fe2B/钢基体界面呈张应力状态、且城面区存在着急剧的张应力和压应力的交替变化 计算与文献报道的实测应力分布规律一致. 钢的渗硼表面的高张应力适成渗硼试样的表面开裂;硼化物和钢基体界面产生的微区塑性变形导致硼化物层剥落.
【Abstract】 The thermal stress in the borided 45 steel at a temperature range of 840-1050 ℃ was analyzed using a planar axisymmetric model by finite element method based on the characterization of outersurface and FeB/Fe2B/steel substrate interfaces. The high tensile stress was observed in the peripheral zone on the surface and on the interfaces of the FeB/Fe2B and FeaB/steel substrate for the borided samples. The frequent conversion of the tensile and compressive stresses was detected around the interfaces. The calculated stress profile is similar to the experimental results reported from the references. The boride surface failure due to brittle fracture is dependent on the high tensile stress on the surface. The formation of equivalent plastic strain in the steel substrate beside the interfaces between Fe2B/steel substrate leads to the delamination of borides layer on the borided steel.
