聚丙烯超声波溶胀悬浮接枝聚苯乙烯
Suspension Grafting of Styrene onto Polypropylene by Swelling of Ultrasonic Wave
【摘要】 研究了聚丙烯 (PP)超声波溶胀悬浮接枝聚苯乙烯 (PS) ,考察了聚丙烯牌号、溶胀方法、溶胀时间、反应时间、反应温度、引发剂浓度等对接枝率的影响。结果表明 ,最佳接枝条件为 :PP/St (质量比 ) =1/1,过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)用量为St的 1 0 % ,60℃超声波溶胀 0 5h ,再在 90℃下反应 6h。
【Abstract】 The suspension grafting of styrene (St) on to polypropylene (PP) by swelling of ultrasonic wave has been studied. The effects of types of polypropylene (PP), swelling time, reaction time, reaction temperature and concentration of BPO on the grafting ratio have been examined. The better experimental conditions include PP/St=1/1,BPO 1 0%,60℃ swelling in ultrasonic wave for 0 5 hour and reacting for 6 hours at 90℃.
