【摘要】 介绍了采用多匝线圈感应加热对矿井支护钢进行调质处理的工艺及设备的特点。矿工钢通过调质处理 ,综合性能大幅度提高 ,调质后的矿工钢比热轧矿工钢的抗弯强度提高 2 5倍 ,从而可以用小截面的矿工钢代替大截面的矿工钢 ,适当加大棚距 ,节省钢材更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the technology and equipment of multicoli inducting hardening and tempering for mine supporting steels.By hardening and tempering, comprehensive property of mine supporting steels can be improved greatly.Its bending strength is 2 5 times higher than that of hot rolled mine supporting steels.Consequently,it is possible to use small section mine supporting steels instead of large section ones,enlarge supporting length and save the material.更多还原
