氢在渗碳及其后热处理过程中的行为
Act of Hydrogen in the Carburizing Process and Post Heat Treatment
【摘要】 从研究磨削裂纹的问题着手 ,得出了氢是引起磨削裂纹的一个重要因素 ,提出了相应的解决办法 ,找出了出现这种磨削裂纹后的补救措施。在解决该问题的过程中 ,提出了一个临界冷却速度的概念 ,对钢的渗碳及其后热处理有重要的指导意义
【Abstract】 It was obtained that hydrogen is one of the important factors to result in grinding cracks by studying for preventing grinding cracks,therefore preventing and remedial measures for this grinding cracks were also proposed in this paper.A concept of critical cooling rate given in this paper for carburizing and post heat treatment of steel.
