半固态ZnAl27合金及其二次加热组织
Semi-Solid ZnAl 27 Alloy and Its Microstructure after Reheating
【摘要】 研究了半固态ZnAl 2 7合金及其二次加热组织。结果表明 ,半固态ZnAl2 7合金基本无宏观偏析 ,其组织为细小均匀的近球形非枝晶 ,综合力学性能远远高于常规铸造合金 ;二次加热后 ,α相进一步球化 ,边缘变得光滑圆整 ,可以满足半固态触变成形的需要
【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructures of semi-solid ZnAl 27alloy and its reheated one were studied.The results show that the macrosegregation of the semi-solid ZnAl 27 alloy can be eliminated practically and the homogeneous,fine,near-spherical and non-dendritic microstructure can be obtained.And the comprehensive mechanical properties are much higher than that of the conventionally casting one.After reheating,α phase can be further spheroidized and the edge become smooth and round.It can fully meet the need of semi-solid thixoforming.
