加弧辉光离子Ni-Cr共渗层相结构的研究
Phase Structure of Nickel-Chromizing Layer by Glow-Discharge Ion Surface Alloying with an Arc Source
【摘要】 采用加弧辉光离子渗金属技术 ,实现了在不同含碳量的普通碳钢表面的Ni Cr共渗 ,对共渗的合金元素 (Ni、Cr、C)分布进行了测定 ,并通过X射线衍射分析及透射电镜分析 ,研究了Ni Cr共渗层的相组成。结果表明 ,普通碳钢表面的Ni Cr共渗层均以γ (Fe,Ni)相为主 (固溶有Cr) ;45和T8钢共渗层在γ相基体上分布着碳化物 (Cr2 3 C6和Cr7C3 ) 3种碳钢在共渗层与基体过渡区均为合金珠光体 (α相和 (Fe,Cr) 3 C)结构
【Abstract】 Nickel-Chromizing was conducted for carbon steel samples(mass fraction of carbon content:0.1%,0.45%,0.8%)using the technique of glow-discharge ion surface alloying with an arc source.By using X-ray diffraction,SEM and TEM,the phase structure and the distribution of alloying elements(Cr,Ni,C)in the alloying layer were studied.The results show that the nickel-chromizing layer is γ-(Fe,Ni)phase for 10 steel,and there are Cr 23C 6 and Cr 7C 3 in γ matrix alloying layer of 45,T8 steel.
