高能球磨法机械镀锌的试验研究
Mechanical Zinc Plating by High Energy Ball Milling
【摘要】 利用高能球磨原理实现了低碳钢的机械镀锌。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和显微硬度等试验方法 ,测定了机械镀锌层的组织、相结构与硬度。试验结果表明 ,利用高能球磨原理 ,能在常温、真空条件下实现无环境污染的机械镀锌层
【Abstract】 The mechanical zinc plating of low carbon steel by high energy ball milling was studied.By optical microscope,SEM,XRD and micro hardness testing,the microstructure,phase structure and micro hardness of the plated case was measured.The results show that mechanical zinc plating could be obtained by high energy ball milling under normal temperature and vacuum without environmental pollution.
