【摘要】 把 8 9 1涂料用于凸轮轴的表面预涂层 ,然后对其进行激光热处理。实验结果表明 ,该涂料的激光吸收能力强 ,导热性能好 ,激光热穿透深度可达 0 45mm～ 0 70mm ,硬化层表面平整光滑。涂覆 (冷喷涂 )效率比磷化涂层提高 10倍以上 ,在凸轮轴生产线上获得了令人满意的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 paint was used as the pretreatment coating on cam shaft,then treated by laser.The results show that the paint has a high laser-absorption ability,good heat-conductivity and the thermal penetration depth of laser reachs 0 45～0 7mm.And the hardened layer is flat and smooth.The paint efficiency(cool spraying) increases more than 10 times than that of phosphide paint.The paint has a satisfied effect used for cam shaft production line.更多还原
