热处理对D618堆焊层组织和性能的影响
Influence of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of Surfacing Layer of D618
【摘要】 研究了高碳高铬铸铁型硬质合金堆焊层在不同热处理工艺条件下的组织、硬度与耐磨性。研究结果表明D6 18硬质合金堆焊层经 85 0℃加热后空冷或 85 0℃加热后油冷 +4 0 0℃回火 ,具有较高的硬度和优异的耐腐蚀磨损性能 ,比 35CrMo低合金钢碳氮共渗 (85 0℃油冷 +2 0 0℃回火 )后的耐腐蚀磨损性能提高 3~ 12倍。
【Abstract】 The microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of high carbon and chromium content surfacing layer heat-treaded by different process were investigated in this paper.The results show that cemented carbide surfacing layer of D618 heated at 850℃ with air cooling or at 850℃ with oil cooling and 400℃ tempering has higher hardness and better corrosion and wear resistance than that of low alloy steel 35CrMo carbonitrided and quenched at 850℃ with oil cooling and tempered at 400℃.
