渗硼层激光共晶化机理及其耐磨性探讨

【摘要】 采用固体渗硼 +激光表面处理的复合热处理工艺 ,使表层得到共晶型硼化物以期降低渗硼层脆性 ,提高其耐磨性。借助扫描电镜和光镜对试样表层、显微组织进行观察 ,探讨了硼共晶产生的机理以及渗硼层在激光作用下的行为 ,并进行了磨粒磨损试验。试验结果表明 ,经激光处理后渗硼层表层获得了共晶化组织 ,使之得到适当的硬度和韧性配合 ,耐磨性提高了 92 %。

【Abstract】 A process of solid boronizing and laser surface modification was applied to get boron eutectic layer for lowering its brittleness and improving its wear resistance.The microstructure of boronized layer was observed by using SEM and optical microscope.The eutecticum mechanism of boronized layer treated by laser was discussed and the abrasive wear resistance was tested.The results show that eutectic structure is gained in the boronized layer with laser surface modification,the hardness and toughness matche well,and the wear resistance of boronized layer with laser surface modification increases 92% than that of the one without laser modification.
