热处理对铜合金模具材料组织和硬度的影响
Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Hardness of Copper Alloy Die
【摘要】 对研制的新型铜合金模具材料 (Cu 14Al X)的热处理工艺进行了试验研究 ,分析讨论了固溶时效处理对铜合金模具材料组织和硬度的影响。结果表明 ,通过固溶时效处理可以显著改善铜合金模具材料的金相组织和硬度 ,其中时效时间对铜合金模具材料硬度的影响较大。在 6 0 0℃时效处理时 ,随时效时间从 2h增加到 5h ,硬度明显提高 ,5h后达到最高值 4 8 2HRC。硬化的原因是时效过程中γ2 相和κ相的弥散析出
【Abstract】 A new kind of copper alloy(Cu wt%14Al X)for die was developed and effects of heat treatment on its microstructure and hardness were discussed.The results showed that solution ageing heat treatment remarkably improves the microstructure and hardness of the new copper alloy for die,especially the ageing time.Ageing at 600℃,the hardness of copper alloy rose with the increasing holding time from 2 to 5 hours and up to 48 2 HRC for 5 hours.The dispersion of γ 2 and κ phases result in hardening of copper alloy.
