激光快速成形技术制备Al/SiC复合材料工艺参数研究
Research on Processing Parameters for Preparing Al/SiC Composite by Laser Direct Deposition
【摘要】 激光快速成形技术制备Al/SiC复合材料在工艺上存在许多难点 ,这是由Al/SiC复合粉末的特性及激光加工的特点所决定的。具体的工艺参数包括基体材料的选择及处理、激光功率、扫描速度、送粉量、载气量等。其变化均可以影响最终的成形质量。本文通过大量的试验 ,总结了工艺参数对Al/SiC复合材料激光快速成形过程的影响 ,并得出普遍适用的规律 ,对进一步的工作有重要的指导意义
【Abstract】 Many difficulties exist in preparation of Al/SiC composite by laser direct deposition,which is determined with the characteristic of mixed Al/SiC powder and the peculiarity of the laser process.The property of finally obtained parts can be influenced by many factors such as the choice and treatment of matrix material,scanning speed,powder feeding,the amount of carrier gases.Based on a large amount of experimental data,the influence of processing parameters on the shaping of Al/SiC composite by laser direct deposition is determined,and the applicable rule is given,which will be fairly helpful to further research.
