水提-大孔吸附树脂柱色谱法制备桔梗总皂苷

【摘要】 系统研究了影响水提取桔梗总皂苷的各种因素 ,据此建立水提大孔吸附树脂柱色谱制备桔梗总皂苷的方法 ,即 :桔梗粉末 (840 μm)共加 2 0倍量水提取 3次 ,每次 0 .5h ,滤液行大孔吸附树脂柱 ,用水 乙醇溶剂系统洗脱 ,分离得到桔梗总皂苷 ,结果平均得率为 1 .60 3 %。该法操作简单、快速且成本低 ,适于工业化生产。

【Abstract】 Influential factors on extracting platycodins with water were investigated systematically, on which the method was based for preparing platycodins by water\|extracting and macroreticular resin column chromatography\|separating. That is, to the powder of Radix platycodonis , added altogether 20\|fold water (W/W) and refluxed three times with 0.5 hour for each time. The filtrate was then passed through the macroreticular resin and platycodins were obtained by gradient eluation using water and alcohol as elution system. The average gaining rate of platycodins was 1.603 %. The method offers a basis of industrialized production of platycodins for its advantages of easy, rapid operation, and low cost.
