【摘要】 通过对抗原的浓缩 ,试制成功兔病毒性出血症、多杀性巴氏杆菌病、产气荚膜梭菌病 (A型 )三联氢氧化铝浓缩灭活疫苗。将该三联疫苗按每只 1ml的剂量免疫家兔 ,2 1d后效力试验结果表明 ,对兔病毒性出血症的保护率为 10 0 % ;对兔巴氏杆菌病、产气荚膜梭菌病 (A型 )的保护率均达 80 %以上 ,且对上述 3种病的免疫期为 180～2 10d(即 6～ 7个月 )。该疫苗 4～ 8℃保存 15 0d(5个月 )后保护力几乎没有下降更多还原

【Abstract】 By the technique of antigen concentration,a tri combined vaccine against rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease,pasteurellosis and perferingens infections was developed successfully.Each rabbit was immunized with 1 ml tri combined vaccine.After 21 d,the protection rates of the vaccine against rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease,pasteurellosis and clostridium perferingens type A infections were 100%,above 80% and above 80%,respectively,the immune period being 180～210 d(6～7 months).After stored at 4～8 ℃ for 150 d(5 months),the quality of the vaccine had few change.更多还原
