不同形态氮素配比对水稻光合特性的影响

【摘要】 以水稻品种“中优 1号”为材料研究了不同氮素形态配比对其苗期光合特性的影响。结果显示 ,与空白处理 (对照 )相比 ,水稻叶绿素含量、光合速率、光系统Ⅰ (PSⅠ )和光系统Ⅱ (PSⅡ )活性以及光吸收能力均以NH+ 4 +NO-3 混合处理最高 ,纯NO-3 处理次之 ,纯NH+ 4 处理较低 ;而在混合处理中又以NH+ 4 /NO-3 为 2 / 3的处理表现最好。在类囊体膜多肽组分中NH+ 4 /NO-3 为 2 / 3的处理 ,PSⅡ中与光合放氧有关的相对分子量为 16 0 0 0~ 180 0 0D、2 2 0 0 0~ 2 5 0 0 0D以及PSI中 6 2 0 0 0~ 6 30 0 0D的多肽组分在量上明显增加。表明 ,混合形态氮 ,尤其是NH+ 4 /NO-3 为 2 / 3~ 3/ 2时 ,水稻最宜发挥其光合特性

【Abstract】 Photosynthetic characteristics of the seedling of rice"Zhongyou No.1" applied with different forms and ratios of nitrogen nutrition were studied.In comparison with the blank treatment(control),the chlorophyll content(Chl),photosynthetic rate(Pn),PSⅠ activity,PSⅡ activity and the capacity of light absorption of rice leaves were higher in the mixture treatment of NH + 4+NO - 3 than those in the NO - 3 treatment and NH + 4 treatment,and showed the best in the mixture treatment with NH + 4/NO - 3 of 2/3 In the 2/3(NH + 4/NO - 3) treatment,the polypeptide compositions of thylakoid membrane,whose MW were 16 000~ 18 000 D and 22 000~25 000 D that connected with the oxygen release in the PSⅡ particles and 62 000~63 000 D in the PSⅠ particles increased in quantity apparently.The results proved that the ratio between 2/3 and 3/2 for NH + 4/NO - 3 was the most beneficial to the photosynthetic characteristics of rice seedling.
