【摘要】 人们已对M/G/1排队模型作了大量的研究工作 ,而且在理论和应用方面都得到了许多满意的结果 笔者研究一类负顾客的M/G/1排队模型 ,从而得到这一模型各种排队指标 服务规则是后到先服务 (LCFS) ,负顾客抵消排队系统中的第一个顾客 (RCH)和强占重复再抽样(PRR) 特别地指出负顾客可以接受服务 ,正顾客也可以抵消负顾客 ,即正负顾客处在对等的位置上 由补充变量法和状态转移方程的分析得到了稳态队长分布的广义概率母函数的表达式更多还原

【Abstract】 A lot has been done concerning M/G/1 queue and there are plenty of satisfactory results both in theory and application .This paper studies a type of M/G/1 queue with negative customers and various queueing indexes are obtained. Service discipline is "last come, first service", negative customers removing the first customer in the queue and preemptive restart resampling.It is especially pointed out that negative customers may accept services and positive customers also may eliminate negative ones; in other words, both positive and negative customers are in equal position.By using supplemental variables method and state transfer analyses ,the general generating function of equilibrium distribution is obtained.更多还原
