大冶铁矿缓倾斜挂帮矿开采方法的研究

【摘要】 根据大冶铁矿采用无底柱分段崩落法开采的情况 ,就其挂帮矿倾角缓、一端与露天坑相连的赋存特性 ,提出采用联合开采的方法 :挂帮矿的主体部分采用改进型分段空场法 ,靠近露天坑部分采用无底柱分段崩落法开采。使矿山现行的无底柱分段崩落法作业习惯、管理操作经验和原有的机械设备能得到充分利用 ,提高了矿石回收率 ,增强了生产的安全性。同时对改进型分段空场法在该矿进行了实施

【Abstract】 Based on the sublevel caving mining at Daye Iron Mine and in consideration of the hangingwall ore occurrence characteristics of small inclination and connection with the open pit at one end,a combined mining method was recommended which used improved sublevel open stoping for the main part of the hangingwall ore and sublevel caving for the part of ore close to the open pit.As a result,the current sublevel caving operation practice,the management and operation experiences and the existing mechanical equipment have been fully utilized,the ore extraction ratio improved and the production safety increased.The implementation of the improved sublevel open stoping at the mine is described.
