弧焊过程仿真研究
Simulation Study of Welding Process
【摘要】 该文对弧焊过程CO2 气体保护焊熔滴短路过渡动态过程进行深入研究 ,应用计算机辅助分析 ,设计和仿真软件MAT LAB进行系统建模和仿真 ,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明模型建立方法是合理的 ,所建模型是实用的。
【Abstract】 The droplet short circuiting transfer dynamic process in CO2 gas metal arc welding is carefully and systematically studied. The software MATLAB is used to make simulation models and do simulation. A great number of experiments about it are made. The results prove that the way of model established is reasonable and the model is practical.
