【摘要】 首先分析了国内外项目管理在处理工期调整时遇到的一系列问题 ;然后引入终路值和权比的概念 ,详细研究了一个正在执行的项目如何在目标的驱动下调整项目工期 ,并且给出了公平语义、算法的理论依据及实现算法 ,同时证明了算法的正确性 ;接着 ,讨论了项目段工期公平调整算法 ;最后 ,结合工程实际给出了算法的应用事例 ,并指出算法尚需继续研究之处更多还原

【Abstract】 Shortcomings of current project management system on time limit modification are analyzed. Two terms, namely the sum of remaining routes way and weight proportion are introduced to illustrate how to realize the goal\|driven adjustment of time limit for a project. Semantics of fairness is given and correctness of the algorithm is proven. An algorithm for modifying the project schedule is put forward and tested by an example.
