【Abstract】 EZW algorithm improves the technology of image compressing coding , this article introduces a new image compression method combined with biorthonormal wavelet transform based on the concept of Zerotree, which can be considered as an improved method of EZW. The experimental results show that the proposed method speeds up the encoding process on the basis of not increasing code bit rate , and it also benefits on real-time coding .更多还原
