基于结构特征的手写体数字识别算法
Recognition of Handwritten Numerals Based on Structural Features
【摘要】 提出了基于结构特征的手写体数字识别方法。首先，采用14模板法进行细化，然后提取了点、线、圆等结构特征，并根据相关信息进行特征组合，最后采用粗细两阶段分类法进行分类。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method based on structural features for the recognition of handwritten numerals is proposed. Firstly, an algorithm for thinning with 14 pieces of template is presented. Secondly, point, line and circle features cell are extracted and combined. And finally, a two-stage recognition method is put forward, in which primitive classification and template match based on distance measures are introduced.
