【Abstract】 Because the Web data increases rapidly, so single search engine can only index and process one portion of the content desired by a user. The meta searchengine utilizes a few search engine distributed on the Web to support unified, efficient, and convenient access to the Web. When a meta searchengine receives a query from a user, it invokes the underlying searchengines to retrieve useful information for the user, merges the results and then returns to the user. A meta searchengine is implemented and the paper presents the experience on building efficient and effective Meta searchengines.更多还原
