喷墨绘图机喷头小车的驱动设计
Drive Design of Print Head Carriage for an Ink-jet Plotter
【摘要】 通过对研发一台宽幅面彩色喷墨绘图机需求的分析,提出了其喷头小车的驱动设计方案。该方案是一个由LMD18245芯片控制的直流直线电机,直线型容栅位移传感器以及数字PID控制算法构成闭环控制系统。经过详细设计和仔细调试,实践证明该方案完全成立,小车驱动的性能指标完全达到要求。
【Abstract】 This paper gives a drive design scheme of print head carriage by analyzing the need of a color wide format ink-jet plotter. Thedesign is a closed loop control system that consists of a linear DC motor drived by LMD18245, a linear capacitive grid displacement transducer and a digital PID controller. After detailed design and careful debug, test results prove the scheme is correct and doable and the performance satisfies all design requirements.
