【Abstract】 With the development of broadband network, the issue of broadband network managing and accounting is becoming more and more important. A good managing and accounting pattern will advance the well-ordered development of broadband network. Through the practice of researching and developing the broadband network managing and accounting system of Yiwu,Zhejiang, we put forward a managing and accounting pattern of broadband network.
