【Abstract】 The basic design idea of unified message service(UMS) in this paper is based on the two fundamental communication :;concepts (1)unified data encapsulation(2)digital data switching. With the help of the above idea we introduce a method of UMS implementation based on unified message encapsulation and message switching technologies.
