【Abstract】 In the light of Lake Wetland’s function, the fresh water of Hongze Lake ecosystem was taken as an instance to investigate Lake Wetland degeneration caused by irrational exploitation and utilization. The advisement and countermeasures including improving the management, strengthening scientific research, returning field and lake and enhancing environmental education were accordingly put forward to bring into line exploitation and utilization with protection.
