资本市场与国有企业改革
Capital Market and State -owned Ente rprise Reform
【摘要】 依据我国国企改革中存在的众多问题及国内外的理论和事实,指出国企改革需要资本市场,资本市场对国企改革具有巨大的推进作用,并探索了具体的实施方法和途径。
【Abstract】 By means of many problems in the reform,theories and facts at home and abro ad,this paper points out that the reform of state -o wned companies need capital market w hich can accelerate this reform and probes the concrete conducting meth ods.
